Molly Q. Daniel, Psy.D.

MOLLY Q. DANIEL, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist and Health Service Provider in Psychology in the State of Iowa. She obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2006 and practiced in community mental health prior to joining Kavalier and Associates in July 2009. She has experience in the outpatient, day treatment, and inpatient mental health settings providing assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment to children, adolescents, and young adults. Today, Dr. Daniel primarily provides assessment services, which may include psychological testing if warranted, to assist in formulating or clarifying diagnoses, developing or refining plans for treatment, or providing documentation to access additional resources, such as individualized education plans. Psychological testing may include cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral, or personality measures and the need for this would be determined after initial evaluation with Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel also provides follow-up consultation and shorter-term outpatient therapy around these issues in some cases. Dr. Daniel has taught Developmental Psychology at Washburn University in Topeka, KS and is a member of the American Psychological Association.
