John R. Bigelow, Psy.D.

John R. Bigelow, Jr., Psy.D., is Licensed Psychologist in the state of Iowa. He completed his doctorate program in clinical psychology at George Fox University, in Newberg, OR in 1998. He has previously worked in community mental health in Atlantic, Iowa. Dr. Bigelow has worked with individuals across the life span but enjoys working with older teens, young adults and adults. He typically uses a cognitive-behaviorally informed approach. He has training in Internal Family Systems. He has completed numerous assessments of children and adults for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and Learning Disabilities, in addition to memory and personality assessment for adults.
